“Understanding and Analyzing Financial Statements,” “Understanding the Controller’s Job in Today’s Environment”, ” “MBA for Attorneys”, “Strategic Planning: Creating and Implementing the Path to Your Company’s Future Growth”, “Successful Project Management”, and Modern Engineering Economics have no prerequisites. “Modern Financial Analysis”, “Advanced Financial Analysis” and “Modern Financial Modeling” require you to have a basic understanding of financial statements and financial ratio analysis. This knowledge can be obtained by attending our “Understanding and Analyzing Financial Statements” seminar. Both “Mergers, Acquisitions, and Business Valuation” and “Understanding the Merger, Acquisition, and Business Valuation Process” require you to have an understanding of discounted cash flow concepts and techniques. This knowledge can be obtained by attending our “Modern Financial Analysis” or “Advanced Financial Analysis” seminar. “Basic Business Valuation” requires you to have a basic u
