As far as I know, they are in the main similar, but salesforce CRM enables you to use community implementation guide salesforce, allowing you to extend key business processes

Although they are both web based CRM solutions, it is not easy to compare them. SalesForce offers 3 versions of the same product at very different prices, moreover a good number of functionalities are available only by paying an additional fee. Tustena does not have a “light” or “reduced” version, therefore all of it’s functionalities are available to everyone. As for available functionalities, Tustena is somewhere between the Professional and Enterprise versions of SalesForce.
