What are the main criterias to get selected in an airline?
The first main criterion is your overall personality – both physical and mental. There are many things which attract the attention of the aviation industry. The clothes you wear, the way you carry yourself and how people should perceive you is more or less conveyed by your deportment and your attitude. Among the physical necessities are; clear eyesight and blemish less skin. Your knowledge of the ‘First Aid’ and ability to swim are other plus points. Communication skills are another very important part of the selection procedure because Cabin Crew has to come across people of varied natures and cultures. Your attitude and behavior should be devoid of all sorts of snobbery and vanity. Rather you should be very sweet, courteous and caring towards them.
