What are the League Policies regarding practices?
For safety and team discipline reasons, participants are expected to attend all scheduled practices. The League’s general policy is as follows. Miss one practice, the player will sit out a quarter, miss two practices, sit out 2 quarters, miss three practices, they will sit out the whole game. Players, who do not satisfactorily pass the weekly grade check, will sit out the whole game. Players who sit out the whole game due to disciplinary action are still expected to attend the game and be on the sideline to support their team.
