What are the instalment dates?
Property charges are due and payable in three seperate instalments. The due date for each instalment is as follows: First instalment – May 31st (Due to a delay in mailing the 2008 Notice of Assessment and Summary of property charges, the May 31, 2008, instalment will be accepted until June 20, 2008, without penalty.) Second instalment – August 31st Third instalment – November 30th Please note that Taxation and Property Records will now be calculating interest on overdue accounts on a daily basis after the May 31st, August 31st, and November 30th installment due dates.
