What are the hours of the trainings?
Click here to go to our calendar and you can see the hours listed for each of the specific trainings. Generally, when J&J teach in America, the hours are mostly (but not always) 1pm to 7 or 8pm. Participants often ask about the reasons for these hours. We believe that these hours provide the best intensive training experience (uninterrupted by a lunch break), while still providing blocks of free time so that everyone’s energy stays consistent. The participants are then free to shop, sightsee, and relax so that their integration occurs on many levels outside of the training. When J&J teach in Europe, their hours are usually 10am to 5:30pm, however it depends on the specific course and the promoter’s schedule.
