What are the goals of Broadreach’s Divemaster Intern Program (DIP) and the Divemaster Program (DM)?
The objectives of DIP and DM are to earn your PADI Divemaster Certification, to learn a comprehensive understanding of dive theory, to fine tune your dive skills to the instructor level, to gain leadership training both in and out of the water and to learn what it means to be a PADI diving professional. Addition objectives for DIP are to work on personal growth and skills including facilitation, time management, organization and group management. DIP interns gain a better understanding and grasp of the responsibilities required of Broadreach staff members in the event that they decide to seek employment with Broadreach in the future.
