The new Elmbridge Bin Collection scheme will consist of: • Weekly food collections for composting (new kitchen caddy and outside food bin) • Fortnightly recycling collections for sorting and recycling (your blue-top bin) • Fortnightly refuse collections for disposal (your green-top bin) • Optional fortnightly garden waste collections for composting (your brown-top bin, by subscription) * other sizes available
