• The Advisor shall act as an official liaison between MORHA and its professional counterparts. • The Advisor shall represent the professional housing community at all board meetings and conferences. • The Advisor shall provide for an effective transition for the advisor-elect. • The Advisor shall be responsible for overseeing a checking account as directed by the board which the Director, Associate Director of Records, Advisor and when applicable the Advisor-Elect have the power to sign. • The Advisor shall be responsible for recruiting bids for an Advisor-elect. • The Advisor shall communicate with Sub-regional Conference Host Schools. • The Advisor shall submit a MORHA Annual/Accountability Report, encapsulating their three-year term, to the Student Resource Consultant within ten (10) days of the MORHA annual conference.
