What are the DOC Project Management Best Practices?
This DOC Project Management Best Practices (PMBP) document is a set of defined project phases and characteristics, components for success, project management knowledge areas, and project management skills and techniques, formulated as a means to establish formal project management policies and procedures. Although the methodology presented in the PMBP is generic enough to be applied to all projects within the Department, project managers should not use the PMBP as a sole source of information for the development of a project management methodology.
