What are the differences between the available video formats?
• DVD: This is everyone’s favorite… but their is a catch, this DVD has a compatibility issues, so please click here for more information before you buy! • VHS: The VHS tape is and has been the standard for home video. This is the fastest to ship and least expensive to buy. • DVCam: This is the industrial/professional standard of the DV line for Sony. It is as cool as it sounds. The quality improves with this purchase. • Mini DV: The DV (short for digital video) tape is becoming the VHS of home video use. The common term Mini-DV is just a description of the same format, but a smaller tape case or shell. High quality and easy use.
