What are the cost for cancelling my reservation (cancellation fees)?
If you want to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible! Please find below our cancellation condition CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Individuals: If you do not show up at the hotel and you have not cancelled the reservation in our office we will charge you the full amount. If you cancel within 48 hours of your planned arrival date we will charge you for 1 night. Groups: (from 15 pax.): From up to 5 weeks prior arrival 0% of the total price of ordered services 5 weeks – 20 days prior arrival 30% of the total price of ordered services 20 – 15 days before arrival….50% of the total price of ordered services 14 – 8 days before arrival .75% of the total price of ordered services 7 – 0 days before arrival or no-show of the client 100% of the total price of ordered services NOTE: In case that the paid service is not provided the whole amount will be returned to the customer.
