For the time being, it is set at Nafl. 300.00 per month. This to cover all cost involved with the common properties and services such as pools, security, common gardens, and others. In this stage, the developers set this up and take responsibility, but, in due time, as the sales increase these responsibilities will be in the hands of the owners’ association.
