Because it will be easier for people to know their responsibilities and understand them, it is hoped that the Community Standards Bylaw will result in higher rates of voluntary compliance. The result is expected to be less need for enforcement and fewer community conflicts. The ultimate benefit to citizens will be the protection of the many investments they have made to their home and surrounding community.
