What are the accommodations like?
Newly renovated, comfortable and charming, Pisac Inn offers 12 immaculate guest rooms full of enchanting details that honor Quechua tradition. You will have the same room to settle into for the eight nights of your stay. Pisac Inn can best be compared to a small, family run bed and breakfast rather than international chain hotels. Small. comfortable rooms with adobe walls ensure heat retention which keeps you warm at night. Wooden floors, good mattresses, down comforters and alpaca blankets, cotton sheets, small immaculate bathrooms with hot water woven together with charming decor and friendly service that makes you feel relaxed, safe and comfortable. The rooms and baths are small and pleasant, accommodating to ones needs without excess. A relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality celebtares the continuity and viatlity of this ancient living culture. Upmarket safari lodges and tented camps provide first class accommodations. Rooms have proper beds with mattresses and duvets, en suite (attached, in room) flush toilets, basins and showers with hot and cold running water. Other amenities include mosquito netting, lamps, purified water in carafes, insect repellent, flashlights, wardrobes, and ethnic furnishings. While canoeing or while on a camping safari, facilities are more limited. In some cases guests sleep on cots in dome tents and the camp toilet and shower are shared by group members. In other cases, on remote camping safaris, guests may overnight in sleeping bags with no toilet / shower facilities.
It is a state resort lodge. We are occupying the entire motel. Men and women will be in separate rooms. Boys and girls will be in separate rooms. We do not guarantee who you will be sharing your room with. If there is a family of 4 where the kids are between KG and grade 4 we will provide them a room. We want to maximize occupancy, so in some rooms we may have kids sleeping on sleeping bags. We will make every effort to accommodate special needs and requests. However please remember that this is a camp where spiritual needs will be catered. Camp Hyatt it is not!

We have two types of accommodations: Our Core houses and home stay. The Core houses are comfortable houses within Whistler. They are all fully furnished right up to the linens and towels. The Core houses are based on two riders per room. Riders are responsible for their own meals at the Core houses. The home stay accommodations are private and shared rooms within the homes of cool, local Whistler families. It’s a great Canadian experience. All meals are included at the home stays. Riders under 18 will stay with a home stay for supervision purposes.
