What are some healthy choices when eating at a Fast Food?
If you can’t avoid fast food all together, you should at least go for smaller portions. If I have to eat fast food, I always get a kids meal. You’ll be satisfied, won’t over-eat, plus you’ll usually get a bonus toy! Things that you’d think are healthy (salads, chicken sandwiches) can sometimes have even more calories. Eat what tastes good, but eat only a little bit. And always get the diet soda.
