Sleep disorders are basically a disruption of a normal sleep pattern. RLS – Restless Leg Syndrome is excessive kicking of your legs. There is Primary Insomnia – which is a condition where you are experiencing sleeplessness which is not related to any other heath issue. Secondary Insomnia: which is refered to the condition when you are having sleep problems due to health conditions such as asthma, heartburn, chronic pain, depression etc. If you a having problems sleeping I would leave trying the medication answer as the last resort.
