What are mini-grants?
A mini-grant project is a voluntary application-based opportunity to assist teachers in providing enrichment activities that cannot be met by the Board of Education’s budget. All teachers are encouraged to submit their ideas to the Foundation each fall so the Foundation can help teachers turn their ideas into reality. Typically, activities are those that extend the curriculum, involve the purchase of additional materials, provide funding for special events or programs, or encourage some innovative effort.
