Events are some dates, e.g. birthday or contract expiry date, that is unique to each contact. Since each contact will have birthday on different date, you need to track the date for each contact. MsgBlaster tracks the dates and allows you to send messages (Alerts/Reminders/Greetings) to each contact on the respective date.
