Easy Returns with UPS take the wait and worry out of returns with pre-paid shipping labels, easy UPS drop-off and online tracking. Just look for the “Easy Return with UPS ” return label on your order summary, peel it off, affix it OVER THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL. Then, just drop off your package at any authorized UPS delivery or pick-up location and we’ll deduct the Easy Returns service charge from your refund amount. Or, in the event of an exchange, we will charge your credit card. Plus, with Easy Returns, your package is automatically insured. You pay only: $6.95 for return packages that weigh 5lbs. or less $8.95 for packages that weigh greater than 5lbs.
