What animals eat frogs?
If you mean in the UK then frogs are on the menu for: foxes, badgers, birds of prey (kestrels, buzzards and owls etc), members of the weasel family (weasels, stoats and polecats and mink etc). They are a favourite prey of the grass snake. In the water they can fall prey to herons and large fish such as pike and also to otters. Froglets (the tiny frogs that tadpoles turn into and which then grow into full size frogs) are even more vulnerable as songbirds, large wasps, large centipedes and large spiders will all eat them as will adult frogs and toads and also small mammals such as shrews and hedgehogs.
