The Bidx.com team will not tolerate any misuse of the Bid Express service, which includes the Bid Express Small Business Network™. Wrongful use of the service can lead to discontinued service as stated in the Bid Express subscriber agreement under section 8. If you are receiving unsolicited quotes and you are not an eligible bidder for the proposal/project please, contact the Bidx.com team so that we can address the issue.
