Wed like to request a list to print mailing labels and want to reach all of our members—not just those shown as having paid dues recently. Can SOT do this?
Yes, a variety of different customized lists and subsets of your list may be possible. For example, you may want to contact only those you believe to still be interested in membership but have not paid dues. Or, you may want to increase your Regional Chapter, Specialty Section, or Special Interest Group membership by contacting national SOT members who may interested in joining a specific group. Regional Chapters also may wish to contact National SOT members who are not regional members for a number of reasons (e.g., to invite them to your annual meeting). Remember, if one Regional Chapter wishes to contact the members of another region, permission must be obtained from each affected Regional Chapter President.
