Was Dickinson more worthy than St. Marys?
I think the committee blew this one. In a battle of the third-ranked team in the Centennial against the third-ranked team from the Capital, the Seahawks had the better record and the better schedule. Dickinson enters the tournament with a 12-4 record, going 1-3 against the three NCAA qualifiers it faced while St. Mary’s (13-4) sits on the sidelines after going 1-5 against the same.
