Unfortunately, I don’t know of any solid fix for this. I tried researching it on the internet also and come up with the same ideas I’ve already tried–that work minimally if at all. You can add a handful of fresh parsley and a couple tablespoons of lemon juice; you could add a potato, simmer the chili and remove the potato, or you can make another batch of your chili with no garlic and mix the 2… No great solutions for this one.
