There are no remote control codes at the back of the owners manual for my other components, does Yamaha have additional codes?
While we strive to keep an extensive code library, it is not possible to include every single item from every manufacturer stored in the remote control. The lists of codes shown in the owners manual were programmed into the remote from the factory and are the only codes available for your remote. If your component is not listed in the owners manual and your remote does not have the ability to learn new functions then you will not be able control your component with the Yamaha receiver remote. You might wish to try entering some other codes from the same product category (i.e.; TVs, VCR’s, etc.).
