The software shows an ActiveSync icon with a Red X instead of a Green check, what do I do?
Look at the program output • ActiveSync Test: Passed connection • software detected your PDA. • ActiveSync Test: Failed connection initialization • software cannot find the PDA. • Check PDA is powered • Check USB cable connected • Try a different USB port • Try a powered USB hub • ActiveSync Test: Failed software • software does not detect the software on the PDA. • Click on the ReInstall PPC button. • After ReInstall on Pocket PC is complete, click on the ActiveSync button with the Red X. It should change to a green check.
