The snapshot version of the plugin is not updated in the snapshot repo, What should I do to update my copy of the plugin?

If the plugin in the snapshot repo (http://snapshots.maven.codehaus.org/maven2) is not yet updated. The only way to update it is to check out the source from SVN and build it.
