The Microsoft program I purchased for my personal computer stopped working. Whats wrong?
If you do not register and enter the Microsoft-provided confirmation number into your software, it will stop working after a period of time. If this happens, follow the steps in Installation Information for Individual Purchases. You don’t need to purchase a new CD/DVD or reinstall the program. Office 2003 Professional purchased by departments includes FrontPage on the CD (Windows) as a separate installer. It won’t accept the CD’s Product Key. FrontPage included on the Office 2003 Professional CD purchased by departments requires a Volume License Key, which is included on the CD sleeve. There does seem to be some inconsistency between computers, and we know it’s frustrating.
