The Claims Bar Date has passed and I did not receive confirmation from the Trustee that my claim was received timely. Should I resubmit my claim form just to make sure it is on file?
The Trustee does not receive or acknowledge the claims filed. If you have already sent your claim form to the Bankruptcy Clerkâs Office in Orlando, there is no need to resubmit it. Your name will be placed on a mailing list of creditors/investors and you will receive all the required noticing protocols prescribed by the bankruptcy process.
