Students are unable to use their Auth code to make calls, Why?
The Auth code may have been interrupted for one of two reasons: (1) They may have exceeded their credit limit. (2) They may have a past due balance on their account. They may check the status of their account by calling Resicom directly using the campus extension (no Auth code is needed) or by using the website. As soon as Resicom receives payment, they will reactivate the Auth code. The student will always be able to dial 911 in an emergency.
