To check this and work around it temporarily, select Tools->Internet Options->Connections->LAN Settings and clear all of the checkboxes. Click on `OK’ twice, and try reloading the page. If this isn’t successful, Something Else Is Wrong, and you should report the problem to CSG using one of the recommended methods.
