Yes. It is critical that you honor your commitment to your current hospital employer and also that you continue to keep your skills and experience current so that when your Green Card process is complete and you move to the U.S. you are up-to-date and ready to begin work here. It is necessary for you to have a minimum of one year current experience working as a nurse in a hospital with more than 100 beds, prior to your arrival in the US.
