Should a start up internet business use custom code or a existing white label platforms?
Titus It all depends on your business and marketing strategy is. For some businesses owning a website may not be useful nor effective and using MySpace, Facebook, Bebo, blogger, YouTube and Google business local may be a better solution. But if you want to have your own site/platform don’t build from the ground up, you will be wasting your money. Use something like Dotnetnuke or if you have to Joomla. Even so I would still use the other Social Networking sites as honey pots in a Viral marketing campaign.
