Returns and Refunds?
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you buy a product from us which we have delivered and you are unhappy with it you can return your goods, for any reason, in the original condition and packaging to receive a full refund or a replacement. Please notify us of any cancellations with in 14 days of receiving your order. We must be informed of any damages from transit within 2 days of receipt. As soon as we receive the product in its original condition we can issue a refund or organise a replacement for you. When returning your goods we do advise you to return them by post, or by courier. You must obtain proof of postage and a receipt of the charges. If the mistake is ours we will happily cover your return charges.
