Players, courses, and rounds are syncing fine from my Blackberry to the IntelliGolf desktop software, but only players will sync from the IntelliGolf desktop software to my Blackberry. Why?
There is a bug in RIM’s desktop software that has been fixed in version 4.2 forward. By updating your RIM desktop software to version 4.2 (or greater) this issue will go away and everything will sync properly in IntelliGolf. To check this, start up RIM’s desktop software on your PC. Click on Help, then About, and read the version number. If you are running version 4.1 or earlier then you will want to download and install RIM’s latest desktop software. It’s easy to do via the pull-down menu on RIM’s web site. To visit RIM’s desktop software upgrade web page please click here. Simply download and install RIM’s version 4.2 (or later) desktop software using the pull-down menu. That will fix this issue for you. Have a Great Round!
