PIN / PUK codes?
Your SIM card has been sent to you with an activated PIN protection. You will have to enter this code every time you turn the phone on, except of our Rental Phone package. Entering the PIN code incorrectly 3 times will result in the blocking of your SIM card and the PUK code (Pin Unlock Key) will be required. If this occurs you will need to contact us in order to unblock it. Do not attempt to enter again the PIN code or any other number.

If this occurs please contact us so we may help you unblock it. We will provide you with a PUK code (Pin Unlock Key), which you will need to enter to reset your phone. Do not attempt to enter the PIN code or any other number prior to entering your PUK code and resetting your phone, as this would result in rendering your SIM CARD unusable.
