Most accessories that shipped with your computer can be replaced. Please check out Apple’s Do-It-Yourself page for a list of parts you can replace yourself. If you need additional assistance, please contact your local AASP or Apple retail store, or contact Apple. A technical support agent can help you diagnose the failure and order a replacement part, if necessary.
