On Transmission If the holding is in joint names and either of the holders is deceased, what is the procedure for deletion of name?

Submit an attested copy of the death certificate of the deceased holder along with the relevant certificates and the prescribed transmission form available with TSRDL, duly completed and signed by the survivors so that the name of the deceased can be deleted from the Company’s records as well as from the certificates. Attestation on the document should be done by a Notary or your Bank Manager under his official seal. For securities held in electronic form, you need to contact your depository participant.
