Policy directs caseworkers to use TPQY QC History to access wage history to determine 40 quarters of wages. The ESC wage data is intended to determine current and recent employment information needed to determine eligibility. Instructions are found in the Eligibility Information System Manual. Section 1107, and the FSIS Users Manual, Section 304.
