We report back to you all clients that, at admission date, were under 6 or over 18yrs old as these age groups are not included in our analyses. However, the CAFAS can be clinically used for 5 and 19-21 years old clients. Our suggestion is not to remove/transfer the cases to a Junk folder/site. but eventually, transfer them into a separate log-on/site that deals with these groups. The main objective of that section of the Audit report is to signal any bad birthdate entries that can lead to erroneous ages such as “465”, “-25” , or more frequent “0” (in the case the admission date was entered instead of birthdate). You can also choose to ignore the listing where there are 5 and 19 years old and only look for any clients a real bad entry.
