Follow the Below to resolve this Problem. Start, Settings, Control Panel In control panel select Administrative Tools, then Computer Management Under Storage (located in the left window) double-click Disk Management In the Disk Management window you should see all of the drives mapped on your computer including the QuickiDrive the icon should look like a floppy disk drive it will also show that it has a FAT filing system and the capacity will be 64mb. Right Click on the drive and select change drive letter / path. Click the change button, and in the dialog box type in any letter that is not currently being used. Save all changes and exit the program. This should allow the computer to see the drive. If you cannot access these settings contact your system administrator.
