My machine turns on and looks like it is stitching, but no thread is picking up and nothing is happening. What is wrong?
We have done extensive testing with the machines in order to try to provide you with the best suggestions on them that we can, and through this testing we have found that if the bottom thread isn’t picking up at all it is usually because the tiny looper needle underneath has been bent. This may have happened at the first or it may have happened when you removed the test material from the machine. Because of the unique looping stitch, projects must be removed carefully to avoid this problem. Please refer to the Quick Guide instruction sheet, step three, for the instructions on the proper removal of all projects.
