Your unit may have trouble importing the Additional Behavior Checklist Questions into CRS5 because there is an additional step to complete, one which was not needed in the past. CRS5 can only import the file “CKQSET40.mdb”, but SRS5 creates an export file named “CKQSET40.zip.RemoveIt”. This means the unit will need to delete “.RemoveIt” from the file name and unzip the file. After the file is renamed and unzipped the user should be able to import the Additional Behavior Checklist Question sets into CRS5.
