This strategy could be a Pastoral Support Programme, which is a planned intervention to help individual pupils better to manage their behaviour, following agreed approaches, understood by the pupil and all the staff involved with him/her and involving you as parents. Should the proposed interventions not be effective, it is likely that your child could be permanently excluded.
