Yes. This is called Proxy access and allows parents or legal guardians of minor children (age 18 years and younger) access to sections of their childs medical records. Proxy access can also be used by legal guardians or caregivers with Durable Power of Attorney for healthcare of dependent adults access to sections of their loved ones medical record. To obtain Proxy access you will need to request access in person at the clinic. An additional Proxy Consent Form must be signed before access will be granted.
