If either of the above are a problem, the MultiAd Creator Add-Ons folder (“Add-Ons”) is empty or incomplete. At start-up, an empty Add-Ons folder is created if it does not reside in the same folder as the Creator 6.0 application. Mac users: Do a search for empty Add-Ons folders and delete them. Reinstall your Add-Ons folder from the installer into the same folder as the Creator 6.0 application. Windows users: It is possible that the preferences stored in the Registry are being redirected to an empty Add-Ons folder, even though a complete one exists in the Creator folder. Do a search for empty Add-Ons folders and delete them. If you have a complete Add-Ons folder, then next time you launch Creator 6.0, point it to the correct location. Otherwise uninstall the Creator 6.0 application and reload with the MultiAd Creator Setup.exe installer application.
