Jeep Liberty tire Pressure gauge?
Hello, I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade. The “low tire pressure” gauge is flashing for about 10 seconds randomly then goes off. I’ve had it light up before, but go away immediately after putting air in the tires. I checked the pressure in all four yesterday and its right on. What could this mean? (Oh, when i purchased the Liberty, there was no owners manual) A: Hello. Eric is usually good, but he is wrong about your Jeep. The system has a transmitter in each tire and the spare. The receiver is your wireless control module (WCM) at the steering column. You may have low pressure in the spare tire or a tire sensor going bad. Check the spare before you take it to the dealer to check the sensors. The sensors cost about $50 each plus labor.
