I’ve sent in my deposit via standard mail. How long does it take to receive a reservation confirmation?
Standard mail takes from 1-5 days depending on your location within the U.S. After we receive the check, we usually respond via email after another 2-5 days. (On average you can expect to hear from us about a week after you drop the check in the mail.) To help speed this up, please include your email address on a slip of paper when you send your check. Also, you may also call us at 1-920-427-2464 if you still feel the need to check up on it.
