Is There an Advanced Placement Option for Licensed Practical Nurses?

Yes. LPNs are eligible for advanced standing in the N-AD program. Complete details and program qualifications are provided in the booklet “Introduction to N-AD for the LPN Booklet” or from an Enrollment Services Advisor in the Welcome Center 608.785.9553. LPN’s do not need to take the NLN Pre-Admission Exam. The LPN entering into Associate Degree Nursing will take General Anatomy and Physiology and Advanced Anatomy and Physiology prior to entering the second year of the curriculum.
